This policy covers lastcopper.com. Each game has its own privacy policy, linked from the game’s page.

What this site collects

• Nothing by default. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts.
• Cookies you set yourself: your language, your age confirmation, your cookie choice. Each lasts 12 months. See the Cookie Policy.
• Forms you send: the email list, beta feedback and account deletion requests. Each form says what it keeps and for how long. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots; we do not receive or store your IP address.

Where data is processed

Cloudflare (edge network, EU locations where available) serves the site. Form data is stored on our platform servers at DigitalOcean, Frankfurt. Emails are sent through Resend.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to privacy@lastcopper.com. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Retention

• Email list: until you unsubscribe, then the address is removed within 30 days.
• Beta feedback: screenshots 90 days, contact address 90 days after the report is closed, text one year after closing.
• Deletion requests: the address is removed 30 days after completion; a keyed hash and the dates are kept as a record of the request.
• Consent records: 12 months, under an anonymous identifier.

Changes

The version and date at the top change when this policy changes.
