Delete your CupSeer account

You can delete your CupSeer account in two ways.

In the game

Open Settings, choose Delete account, confirm. Personal data is erased; an anonymous record of past transactions stays in the ledger as required by accounting rules.

From this page

If you no longer have the game installed, send a deletion request below. You will get an email to confirm that the address is yours. Once confirmed, we delete the account and email you when it is done.

If your account was created with Apple or Google, we may not have your email address. Enter your account code (eight characters, shown in the game under Settings → Account) so we can find the account. Without it, we may not be able to match the request.

Requests that cannot be matched to an account are closed and the email address is removed after 30 days.
