This policy covers the game Fortune Plume by LastCopper OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. The company-wide policy for lastcopper.com is separate.

Age

You must be 18 or older. The game asks for your age at first start and does not store your birth date.

What the game collects

Account: a LastCopper account (guest, email, Apple or Google). We keep the account id, your email if you gave one, and your game progress, until you delete the account.
Device identifiers: a hashed device identifier to prevent duplicate welcome bonuses. It cannot be turned back into your device.
Crash reports: kept on your device unless you choose to send them.
No analytics or advertising tracking unless this policy says otherwise under “Purchases and advertising”.

Purchases and advertising

The game sells virtual currency and cosmetics for real money through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are final except where the store grants a refund.

The game shows rewarded video ads that you choose to watch. In the EEA and UK, personalised ads require your consent; without it, ads are not personalised.

Virtual currency in Fortune Plume has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred.

Where data is processed

Our platform servers are at DigitalOcean, Frankfurt, behind Cloudflare.

Purchases are processed by the store you bought the game from (Apple, Google, Microsoft or Steam) under its own terms.

Deleting your data

Delete the account in the game under Settings, or send a request from the Fortune Plume account deletion page on this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to privacy@lastcopper.com. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Changes

The version and date at the top change when this policy changes.
