This policy covers the game LastLap by LastCopper OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. The company-wide policy for lastcopper.com is separate.

Age

No age limit beyond the store rating. Cartoon vehicle combat, no people, no blood.

What the game collects

• No account. Progress is stored on your device only.
• Crash reports: kept on your device unless you choose to send them.
• No analytics or advertising tracking unless this policy says otherwise under “Purchases and advertising”.

Purchases and advertising

Cosmetic purchases are planned for a later version; no store is connected yet.

The game shows no advertising.

Virtual currency in LastLap has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred.

Where data is processed

The game does not talk to our servers. Nothing about you leaves your device unless you send a crash report or feedback yourself.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the game removes all its data from your device. There is nothing on our servers to delete.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to privacy@lastcopper.com. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

The version and date at the top change when this policy changes.
